Sigma Promotions Executive Door Opener Campaign Design
A two-touchpoint executive gifting campaign created to open conversations with creative agencies and event marketing decision-makers. I acted as lead designer, working closely with the sales lead to shape the visual system, packaging, and messaging behind the experience.
The Project
Sigma Promotions wanted to break into a highly competitive space: creative agencies and event marketing firms—an audience that is both visually demanding and strategically savvy. Traditional cold outreach wasn’t enough. The campaign needed to demonstrate Sigma’s value instantly, not explain it.
The goal was to translate Soluman’s BOLD, solutions-driven philosophy into a modern digital experience that feels credible, approachable, and conversion-focused—supporting both individual coaching programmes and corporate leadership services.
Strategy & Design Rationale
Turning Promotional Gifting into a Brand Experience
The campaign was designed as a two-part narrative, using color, materials, messaging, and timing to communicate Sigma’s role as a reliable, strategic partner across the full lifecycle of a project—from everyday ideas to high-pressure delivery moments.
Rather than relying on a single hero gift, the experience unfolded in two deliberate touchpoints, each aligned with a different emotional and professional context.
Overall Design System: Packaging as Metaphor
-
The exterior featured soft, modern gradients, creating a clean, contemporary first impression aligned with creative-agency aesthetics. The gradients signaled polish without excess—positioning the brand as confident, modern, and design-literate.
-
Inside, a custom wave pattern introduced the core metaphor of the campaign: impact and continuity.
The wave concept referenced:
Sound waves → word-of-mouth amplification
Movement and reach → promotional gifting extending beyond the initial recipient
Continuity → ongoing brand presence rather than one-off impressions
The idea was simple but strategic:
Promotional gifting doesn’t stop at delivery—it travels, gets shared, talked about, and remembered.
Recipe for Success Cards
These custom cards articulated the value of collaboration while pairing it with an immediately usable recipe, turning brand messaging into a tangible, everyday experience.
Touchpoint One: Day-to-Day Support & Fresh Thinking
-
The first gift arrived in a light blue → cyan gradient, anchored in cyan as Sigma’s primary brand color. The palette was intentionally bright and optimistic, referencing energy, clarity, and everyday momentum—Sigma as a partner you rely on during the daily grind.

Chosen to signal quality and longevity, not disposability
Branding executed in white-on-white, using a matte logo over a glossy surface to keep the mark subtle, tactile, and elevated

A designated space for the sales consultant’s business card ensured the handoff from brand to human felt seamless and personal.
Touchpoint Two: Reliability, Delivery & Trust Under Pressure
-
The second gift shifted into a cyan → midnight blue gradient, visually signaling a transition:

The Result
Within six months of launch, the campaign converted five new clients, each generating CAD 20K–40K in revenue, delivering immediate and measurable business impact. These engagements were initiated through the two-touchpoint gifting experience and evolved into early-stage partnerships rather than one-off transactions.
Beyond direct revenue, the campaign clearly demonstrated Sigma Promotions’ strength in branded, strategic promotional gifting, positioning the company as a partner that combines creative thinking with operational reliability. Internally, it also validated promotional gifting as an effective business development tool and provided a repeatable, cross-functional framework for future executive outreach initiatives.
